1. Water temperature: Golden snails are tropical ornamental snails and like water with higher temperature. When breeding, it is recommended to control the water temperature between 25-32 C. Although it can survive in water at 5-45 C, it can grow better in water at 25-32 C.
2. Water quality: The golden snail is a kind of freshwater snail. It likes fresh water with clean water quality and does not like water with too high salinity. When farming, tap water that has been dried in the sun can be used as farming water. In order to ensure water quality, water can be changed twice a week.
3. Feeding: Golden snails are not picky eaters. They can eat not only artificial feed, but also red worms, dried brine shrimp, cooked vegetables, fruit pulp and other foods. When they are raised, they need to be fed every day to provide them with the nutrients they need to grow.
The golden snail does not require high water temperature and can adapt to the lowest temperature of 5 ℃. In winter, it is recommended to heat it with a heating rod. Because they can't grow properly when the water temperature is very low. If the water temperature can be kept at about 25 C with a heating rod, it will be very good for their growth. If you do not want to prepare the heating rod, you need to control the water temperature above 5 degrees Celsius. So they can survive the winter.
