The razor tortoise seedlings do not have too high requirements on the pH value of water, so long as they are not strong acid or strong alkali, they can live normally. Breeders can choose to use tap water at home to raise them, but when using tap water, it is best to take it out and dry it for a few days, so as to remove chlorine and other harmful substances from the water and avoid affecting their health.

Although razor turtles do not have too high requirements on the pH value of water, they like to live in clean and refreshing water. Breeders should change water 2-3 times a week to ensure clean water quality. If conditions permit, a filter can be installed to slow down the deterioration of water quality.
