When breeding, male fish will keep chasing female fish, and there will be other courtship performances. Breeders can transfer them to breeding tanks. The ratio of male to female in breeding tanks can be 1: 3, and the water temperature should be controlled at about 20 ℃. When Thai lion goldfish breeds, the female fish will discharge the eggs first, and the male fish will then come forward to inseminate. At this time, the eggs will become fertilized eggs, waiting to hatch.

When the eggs of Thai lion goldfish become fertilized eggs, the breeder needs to keep the water temperature at 24 ℃, keep the water quality clean and fresh, and wait for a few days before the fertilized eggs can hatch. In the process of hatching, breeders need to keep the water temperature constant and avoid changing water as much as possible. Don't open the filter either, so as to prevent them from sucking the fertilized eggs away. Fertilized eggs will hatch in about 3-5 days, and the newly hatched small fish will not move well, and the breeder does not need to feed them. Because they carry enough vitellotin from their mother to absorb it. After hatching for 2-3 days, the breeder can feed some cooked egg yolks, bumper shrimp eggs and other foods.
