Acacia bream is a tropical fish. It usually grows in warm waters. The temperature for breeding should be kept at 26-28 ℃ at ordinary times, and it can be 1-2 ℃ higher during the breeding period. It likes acidic water quality, Ph should be controlled between 6-6.5, and the hardness of water should be maintained at about 5-10. Change the water once a week to keep the water clean.

Just hatched young fish do not need to eat, they can absorb the yolk sac before. Usually after a day will begin to feed freely, this time to feed some paramecium, rotifers and water fleas and so on. When they grow up, they can be fed with artificial feed.
