There are great differences in appearance between females and males of Indonesian betta. The male fish's fins are more prominent and look very fierce. Of course, male fish are more aggressive. In principle, this kind of fish can be mixed with other kinds of fish. However, one thing that should be paid attention to when raising is that there are fights between male fish. Therefore, in the aquarium, the number of Indonesian betta males cannot exceed two. Otherwise, there will be a large-scale fight, resulting in fish casualties.

The reproduction of this fish is relatively simple. The eggs laid by the female fish will eventually hatch in the mouth of the male fish, which effectively ensures the high survival rate of the eggs. It is not difficult to raise this kind of fish, but it is necessary to master certain feeding skills and cannot be raised blindly.

1. Water temperature: To raise Indonesian betta fish, the water temperature in the aquarium should be adjusted at 23-28 ℃. When the temperature is constant at 25 ℃, their metabolism is most vigorous.

2. Water quality: Weak acidic soft water is more conducive to their normal life activities. When feeding, adjust the pH value of water to 6.5-7.5.

3. Feeding: Although they are omnivorous fish, they still prefer active bait. Considering the cost, we can choose cheap live bait such as water earthworm and red worm for feeding.
