The reason why fish get bubble disease is that the gas in the water body is saturated. Under normal circumstances, the common oxygen injection equipment only injects air into the water. The oxygen content in the air itself is not very high, and it is not completely soluble in water, so it is very difficult to saturate the gas in the water body. Moreover, when the temperature is high, the gas can escape by opening the oxygenation equipment, thus playing the effect of preventing bubble disease.
1. Water change: To treat bubble disease, the first thing to do is to change the water, because the original water body is already saturated with gas, and after changing the new water, it will return to the unsaturated state, so that the situation can be improved. Usually also need to change water regularly, every other week to change once, can be appropriate to change more.
2. Cooling: Usually in the high temperature season, due to the decrease of dissolved oxygen, oxygen is easily saturated, which will cause bubble disease. If you want to treat, you can cool down properly, the cooling method is very simple, just give it shade, do not add ice to it.
3. Aeration: If groundwater is used, the nitrogen in the water may be saturated. In this case, it is necessary to aerate the water. In this way, a large amount of nitrogen can be released, thus preventing bubble disease.
