1. Prepare the tools: The butterfly carp uses the oviparous way to breed. The first step is to prepare the necessary tools. If you breed in large areas, you need to use the spawning pool. If the butterfly carp bred in the family is bred, a separate fish tank can be prepared. In addition, the fish nest is also a more important tool, fish eggs can be attached to it. Moreover, some other tools, such as heating rods, can also be prepared in advance.
2. Select the parent fish: After the tools are ready, select the parent fish. The quality of the parent fish is very important, and the fish used for breeding must be good-looking, healthy and age appropriate.
3. Spawning: After selecting the parent fish, you can put them into the prepared container. They lay eggs at the right time. The time of laying eggs is usually in the morning. At this time, the water temperature should not be lower than 20 degrees, when they can lay a large number of eggs. After spawning, the male will fertilize the eggs.
4. Hatching: After the eggs are fertilized, all they need to do is to hatch. Fish nests can be sterilized first and then incubated in a separate container. Incubation time with the water temperature has a very big relationship, at this time the water temperature must be appropriate, can be about 25 degrees.
After breeding, the energy of the butterfly carp will be greatly affected, so generally speaking, they can only breed once a year. However, for female fish to spawn, it may be once a year. However, if the male fish, you can use a few times, but not too much. After a reproduction, they need to be provided with a suitable environment to restore their energy.
