In general, they can tolerate high temperatures around 40 degrees and low temperatures around 0 degrees. However, in general, whether the water temperature is too high or too low, it is not conducive to their growth and development. If the water temperature is too high, higher than 30 degrees, then a long time in this environment, grass goldfish will become very nervous. If the water temperature is too low, less than 10 degrees, then it will affect the appetite and activity of grass goldfish, they will become inactive, and do not like to eat.
Therefore, if conditions permit, try to maintain the most suitable range, that is, between 16-25 degrees. Under such water temperature conditions, their activity is higher and their appetite is good. Therefore, when the water temperature is not suitable, it should be adjusted manually as far as possible. For example, if the water temperature is relatively low in winter, you can use the heating rod to heat up properly, but generally speaking, the indoor fish tank does not need to be adjusted. If the temperature is relatively high in summer, it can also be adjusted artificially, such as avoiding too strong light and so on.
