There are many types of turtles, not all of which can be mixed with fish, generally choose pig-nosed turtles, yellow-headed side-necked turtles, grass turtles, razor turtles. Among them, pig-nosed turtles prefer vegetarianism, so there will be no problem in mixed breeding, and they can adapt to deep water. Yellow-headed side-neck turtles are relatively gentle and usually do not provoke fish. The grass turtle mixed culture can not use too deep water, because its water is not good. Razor turtles must be selected as turtles, the curiosity of the young turtles will let it attack the fish.
1. Container: You can't use a simple fish tank in the mixed culture of fish and turtles, because this kind of tank can't provide a place for turtles to sun their backs, so you need to buy a mixed aquarium. Generally, this kind of aquarium is separated, fish and turtles will not encounter, naturally can coexist in harmony, there will be no attack to swallow the situation.
2. Feeding: Because turtles and fish have different food habits, they are fed with different things. When raising fish, you should feed the fish every day, so that it can grow fast. But when feeding turtles, you can't always feed them. You can feed them once every three to five days. There is one thing in common, that is, the residual bait must be disposed of in time.
3. Water quality: The water quality requirements of turtles and fish are basically the same. If there is a difference, the fish is generally the standard. After all, turtles can live ashore, while fish have to stay in the water all the time. Usually, the water can be changed once a week, because there is a lot of mixed water, so it is not necessary to change it too frequently.
