The ruby fish is a relatively easy fish to raise, because it has a solid skin and is not particularly picky about the breeding environment. In the actual breeding, as long as the water temperature and quality are well controlled, and some feed is fed to them in time, they can be well raised. But it should be noted that because they are more violent, territorial awareness is relatively strong, like to attack other fish, so generally do not mix.
1. Water temperature: ruby fish is a tropical fish, suitable for living in water with a temperature of 20-26 ℃. If they do not pay attention to keeping the water temperature and keep it in very low temperature water, it may lead to poor growth.
2. Water quality: They prefer neutral, clean water. When farming, we need to pay attention to maintaining water quality. It is better to change the water once a week so as not to pollute the water with metabolic waste or feed residues. Do not change the water every time, only about one third of the water can be changed. This can avoid a large change in water temperature and make the fish uncomfortable.
3. Feed: They eat a lot and like animal feed. When farming, you can feed clam meat, fresh shrimp meat, or special fish food. Before feeding, it is better to wash the feed to ensure cleanliness. The frequency of feeding should not be too high, just twice a day. Do not feed too much feed each time, generally a fish can be fed 3-8g feed each time.
