It is better to keep a dragon fish, because they are large fish, and their body length can reach about 80 cm in adulthood. Fish tanks raised by families are generally not very large. If the number of fish tanks raised is relatively large, it will not only affect their growth and development, but also lead to their fighting. Arowana can be raised together in infancy, because the aggressiveness and attack power of arowana in infancy are not strong, but they need to be raised separately in adulthood.
How to raise a few arowana is better, and how to raise it is better 1. It is better to raise several arowana

It is better to raise one arowana, because they belong to large fish, and their body length can reach 60-120 cm when they grow up. The fish tank for artificially raising arowana is generally not particularly large, so the number of arowana should not be too large. Arowana's territorial awareness is also relatively strong, and its aggressiveness and attack power are relatively strong. If multiple arowana are raised in one container, even if there is enough space, there may be fights. Moreover, the lack of feeding space will not only make them fight, but also affect their growth and development.

2. How to raise Arowana better

1. Stable water temperature: Arowana is tropical fish and likes higher water temperature. Heating rods should be used to keep the water temperature between 28-30 ℃ during artificial breeding. They are sensitive to environmental changes, and the temperature difference should not exceed 1 ℃ at ordinary times.

2, clean water quality: Arowana is also sensitive to water quality, so it is best for breeders to keep the PH value between 6.5 and 7.5. If conditions permit, it is best to install a circulating filtration system to slow down the deterioration of water quality. When changing water for Arowana at ordinary times, we should also pay attention to the fact that the amount of water should not be too large, otherwise it will cause them discomfort.

3. Sufficient food: Arowana is a carnivorous animal, and they prefer animal feed. When artificially cultured, they need to be fed with some bumper shrimp, red worms, bread worms, Tenebrio molitor, water fleas, water lice, lean meat, animal viscera, etc. These foods contain more protein and fat, which can meet most of the nutrients needed for their daily development.
