Specifically, for the two species of silver arowana and black dragon fish, they like to grow in a relatively high water temperature environment, so they can adjust the temperature to 28-30 degrees. However, other species of arowana for the water temperature requirements are not so high, can be adjusted to 24-26 degrees. When the temperature is relatively low, you can use some heating rods and other tools to adjust the water temperature.
When breeding arowana, we also need to pay attention to the problem of changing water, so that the water quality has been maintained in a relatively good state. The frequency of water change is not certain. If there are filters and other tools to clean the fish tank, the water quality may be dirty slowly, which can be replaced once a week or so. If there is no filter and other equipment in the fish tank, the water quality is dirty faster and can be replaced once in about three days. When changing water, pay attention to the temperature change of water can not exceed 2 degrees, so the amount of water can not be too much, change about one third of it. Also, the rate at which the water is injected needs to be controlled so as not to cause drastic changes in the temperature of the water.
