Sutatari tortoises cannot be raised. In China, all tortoises belong to the national second-class protected animals, so it is very difficult for individuals to raise them, and they need to apply for various certificates, and these certificates often need certain qualifications, such as sufficient breeding space and breeding qualifications. If you don't have relevant documents, it is illegal to keep any tortoises, so don't try to take risks easily. However, if there is a certificate, it can be legally farmed.

1. Feeding: The Suqatari tortoises are generally fed vegetarian, because they are vegetarian and can't digest meat. There are many vegetables that can be used as food, such as lettuce, cabbage, grass, carrots and melons. It should be noted that too many fruits should not be fed, especially those with too much water.

2. Heat preservation: The most important thing to raise this turtle is heat preservation. Because it originally lived in tropical areas, it must be raised at a higher temperature. It is best to prepare an incubator, with the temperature controlled between 26-32 ℃ and the humidity kept at about 75%. In this way, the turtle can grow healthily, which is beneficial to its development.

3. Bathing: Although the Suqatari tortoise doesn't like water very much, it is necessary to put a basin when raising it to facilitate drinking water and defecation. Give it a bubble bath every day for about 20-25 minutes. After soaking, it is necessary to wipe off the water in time.
