Zhejiang rice shrimp does not have too strict requirements for the environment, so it can be said that it is a kind of shrimp that is relatively easy to raise. They are freshwater shrimps, which can be directly cultured in freshwater when they are cultured, which is more convenient. Moreover, their adaptability to the environment is relatively strong, and they can survive in weak acidic and alkaline water. They do not have high requirements for food, and they can be fed with ordinary shrimp food.
1. Water quality: Zhejiang rice shrimp does not have high requirements for water quality. However, when farming, it is recommended to use water with PH value between 6.2 and 7.2. Such water is more beneficial to their growth. Before putting the shrimp into the tank, it is better to test the PH value of the water in advance. If it is not suitable, it needs to be adjusted in time.
2. Water temperature: They do not require high water temperature, and can survive in water of 16-28 ℃. But when raising at home, it is more recommended to keep the water temperature above 22 degrees Celsius. Because if the water temperature is very low, they will grow very slowly. In winter, if the weather is cold, you can use the heating rod to maintain the water temperature.
3. Feeding: They are not picky eaters. They can be fed with shrimp grain when they are raised. If it is convenient, it can also be fed with spinach cooked in boiling water. Feeding spinach is better for their hair color. The frequency of feeding should not be too high, about once every 3-4 days.
