Flame turtles grow fast, and their growth speed is relatively fast compared with other turtles, because they can grow 10 cm a year and gain about 30-40 grams a month in their infancy. But when they grow to about 30 cm, the growth rate will slow down, and they can only grow 3-5 cm a year. If they are raised in the wrong way, the growth rate will decrease.

The size of flame turtles is too large, and their body length will be between 35 and 45 cm in adulthood. Their size has a great relationship with their character.
