If it is a special shrimp tank to raise ornamental shrimp, there is no other animal, you can not be isolated, because isolated feeding is prone to the phenomenon of kicking eggs, resulting in a decline in the hatching rate of shrimp eggs. However, if it is a tank of fish and shrimp mixed culture, ornamental shrimp should be isolated in time after spawning, otherwise the shrimp will become a delicious meal for other fish after hatching.
1. Arrange the shrimp tank: Before the ornamental shrimps are ready to breed, the shrimp tank should be arranged first. Usually, 60 cm tank, if you want to put more than 10 male shrimp, you need to add a little honeycomb wood inside, but if the male shrimp does not exceed 5, do not use too much scenery, otherwise the female shrimp is easy to hide, affecting mating and reproduction.
2. Control water quality: Ornamental shrimps are suitable for survival in soft water, especially during the breeding period, and the hardness must be less than 8. Usually choose neutral water or distilled water, this water quality is very stable, will not stimulate the mother shrimp and juvenile shrimp. In addition, the Ph of water must be strictly controlled, once changes occur, it will also affect its spawning.
3. Appropriate temperature rise: When the ornamental shrimp is breeding, the water temperature needs to be properly raised, usually about 1 ℃ higher than usual, and it is appropriate to keep it at 25 ℃. If the water temperature is too high, the dissolved oxygen will decrease, and the highest temperature can not exceed 28 C, otherwise it will not be able to spawn, but also make the shrimp fade.
