Under normal circumstances, guppies will be produced at one time. However, this is under the condition that the external conditions are suitable and there is no external environmental influence, that is to say, the guppy will not be frightened. The characteristics of its production are obvious. For example, after giving birth, its abdomen will be significantly smaller, and the fetal spots on the abdomen will gradually disappear. Moreover, after giving birth, the female guppy returns from a static state to a more active state, and it may start feeding again because of the consumption of a lot of energy and so on. These characteristics indicate that it is finished production.
As described above, guppies will be produced at one time without the influence of external conditions. However, if there are external factors, such as strong light or high sound to influence, guppies will immediately be frightened. After it is frightened, it may temporarily stop having children. It will probably be another week or so before it continues to give birth. In order to avoid this situation, we can put female guppies in a special breeding tank when they are in breeding season, and ensure that the surrounding conditions are in a suitable state, so that they can give birth at one time.
