The temperament of the fish is very easygoing, and they like to swim in groups. Their territoriality is not strong, so they generally do not conflict with other fish stocks, so it is possible to choose monoculture and polyculture in the way of feeding. Moreover, they have strong ability to adapt to the water environment and have no excessive requirements for water quality. In terms of feeding, there are many kinds of feed to choose from, both animal and plant feed can be used. They are easy to feed and suitable for beginners.
1. Water temperature: The fish has a good ability to adapt to the environment and can survive in the relatively low temperature environment of 20 ℃. When feeding, the best temperature is 22-24 ℃. Under this temperature environment, they can maintain a healthy state.
2. Water quality: In general, the pH value is maintained at 6.8-7.0 to meet the survival needs of the fish. The frequency of water does not need to be too high, if you do not want the water in the fish tank to be dirty too fast, you can consider reducing the density of fish stocks appropriately.
3. Feeding: For the omnivorous fish such as the bundled edge fish, when feeding, it is OK to feed the meat and vegetable food. Red worms and all kinds of aquatic insects are their favorite food. Of course, dry feed or pellet feed can also be fed together.
