1. Airing: Airing is the most commonly used method for removing chlorine. You only need to put the water in a sunny place and dry it for a few days. Usually in different seasons, the drying time is different, only 24 hours in summer, 48 hours in spring and autumn, and 72 hours in winter.
2. Aeration: The advantage of aeration for chlorine removal is that the efficiency is relatively high. It usually takes several hours. The operation method is also very simple. You only need to connect the outlet pipe of the oxygen pump to the water. Daily water change with this method is very good, not only can remove chlorine, but also can improve the dissolved oxygen in the water body.
3. Medication: The method of drug dechlorination is quite common in aquarium stores. Because the water demand is large, it is difficult to satisfy by drying and aeration, so some dechlorination agents are directly used. Personal feeding, chlorine removal agent is not easy to control the dosage, may cause harm to the fish.
