The fry does not need oxygen all the time. If the breeding density is relatively large, or the number of fish is large, appropriate oxygen may be needed, and oxygen should be supplemented at some special times.
1. Daily oxygen: Generally, small fish do not need oxygen, but large fish do. Daily oxygen time is not too long, only 2-4 hours can be, if it is summer, due to high temperature caused by the decline in dissolved oxygen, need to open 2 hours. If there are aquatic plants in the fish tank, it is best to open it for another hour in the evening.
2. Open the tank and add oxygen: Opening the tank is the first step in fish farming. If the tank is ready, you still need to cultivate bacteria in water. Beneficial bacteria are aerobic bacteria, which can not grow without sufficient oxygen, nitrifying bacteria are one of them, so the cultivation process needs explosive oxygen, usually two days.
3, sick oxygen: If the fish is sick, in order to improve its vitality, but also to avoid the oxygen drop caused by the drug, also need to be properly oxygenated, which is very helpful for the recovery of the fish.
