The spinach fed to shrimp should generally be fresh, preferably planted by oneself. The spinach bought may have pesticide residues, which is harmful to the health of shrimp. Soak the spinach in salt water for a period of time, take it out and wash it several times, then put it in the pot for 3-5 minutes. After cooking, it needs to be washed with cold water, and then it can be cut up and fed into the shrimp tank. If you do more than one feeding, you can fold it and put it in the refrigerator, usually 1-2 times a week.
1. Animal bait: As an omnivorous animal, shrimps can eat animal bait. Because of their limited ability to hunt, shrimps in the wild can generally only eat the carcasses of aquatic animals, and occasionally some small invertebrates can be found. The juvenile shrimp feeds on plankton, which it cannot eat otherwise.
2. Plant bait: The artificially raised shrimps are usually fed with plant bait. Of course, they can also be matched with animal bait, so that the nutrition is more balanced. Usually for this animal, aquatic plants and algae are good food, and can also be fed a little cooked spinach.
3. Artificial bait: Artificial bait is a variety of shrimp food. From the nutritional point of view, it can meet the growth requirements of shrimp. However, this kind of bait is not easy to be accepted. It must be mixed with other feeds first, and then the dosage is gradually increased.
