The Malay snail is easy to raise and is not effeminate. In farming, as long as the temperature and acidity of the water are maintained within a suitable range, and the food is sufficient and the bottom layer has fine sand, they can be fed.
1. Temperature: Malay snails have a strong tolerance to temperature, as long as they are not too cold or too hot. Specifically, the water temperature is maintained between 10 deg C and 35 deg C during cultivation. In winter, if the water temperature is very low, you can use a heating rod to heat it.
2. Acidity and alkalinity: Malay snails belong to snails and have shells, so they cannot live in an acidic environment, otherwise the patterns are easily corroded or even corroded. In the actual cultivation, the pH value can be maintained between 7.5 and 8.5.
3. Food: Malay snails can eat a lot of food, including algae in the water, such as green spot algae. They also like to eat some bottom fish and shrimp feed, so they do not need to be specially fed when they are mixed. If you raise it alone, you can feed it with snail food.
4. Sand spreading: Malay snails like to turn over the sand and eat the fish and shrimp food sunk in the sand. If there is no bottom sand in the tank, the screw will shrink in the shell and not come out. Therefore, it is better to lay a layer of fine sand in the jar. This environment is more suitable for their life.
