Tiger prawn is not good to raise, and it is an ornamental prawn that is relatively difficult to raise. Although it has good adaptability to water temperature, it has strict requirements on the acidity and alkalinity of water. It prefers weakly alkaline water and will not grow well if the water is acidic. In addition, it does not require high hardness of water. If the water is too hard or too soft, it will not grow properly.
1. Water temperature: Tiger shrimp can adapt to 8-30 ℃ water, but prefer to grow in 22-26 ℃ water. If the water temperature is too high, more than 30 C, it will grow poorly. Therefore, attention should be paid to shading and cooling in summer.
2. PH value: It likes weak alkaline water with PH value between 7.0 and 7.5. When breeding, we should first adjust the PH of the water, do not use too acidic water to raise it, otherwise it may grow poorly.
3. Hardness: It also requires high hardness of water. When breeding, it is recommended to adjust the GH value of water to 7-8. Such water is more suitable for its growth. If the hardness of water is too high or too low, it will be unable to adapt and it will be difficult to grow normally.
4. Feeding: When breeding, it is recommended to feed it with cooked spinach as shrimp food. Do not often feed, generally every 1-2 days to feed once on it. If the shrimp is very young, the number of feeding can be increased appropriately.
