There are two main reasons for the white spot disease of the seven-color angelfish. On the one hand, it may be because the water quality is polluted, which leads to the breeding of small melon insects. The discolored angelfish is infected by the Ichthyophthirius, resulting in white spot disease. On the other hand, it may be because the temperature difference in the water is too large, it is stimulated, thus inducing white spot disease. Therefore, in the process of aquaculture, it is necessary to keep the water quality clean, change water at least twice a week, one third of each time. It is also necessary to control the reasonable temperature, and the water temperature can be maintained at 28 C.
Two methods can be used to treat the white spot disease of the seven-color angelfish, one is to raise the water temperature, the other is to use drugs.
1. Raise water temperature: water temperature can be gradually increased to about 30 ℃. Heating up is a very slow process and can not be too sudden. After warming up, 2 ‰ salt can be added to the water and oxygen can be added using an oxygen pump.
2. Use of drugs: can be sprinkled into the water white point net. At first, it may cause more white spots to grow, but this is due to drug stimulation. It won't be long before he gets better. After spraying, we should pay attention to the need to use oxygen pump to increase oxygen content.
