The arowana is extremely sensitive to temperature changes. Different kinds of arowana have different temperature requirements. Common arowana are silver arowana, goldfish, red arowana and so on. The optimum temperature for the life of silver arowana is 24 ℃ ~ 28 ℃, and the lowest tolerance temperature is 22 ℃. When the temperature of its waters is below 22 degrees Celsius, it needs to be heated. The water temperature of goldfish should be controlled between 23 and 29 degrees Celsius, and 25 degrees Celsius in winter. The temperature of red arowana should be between 24 and 28 degrees Celsius. Their temperature range is basically around 25 C. When the temperature is low in winter, especially in northern areas, it is necessary to heat the water tank. In other seasons, the temperature basically does not need to be adjusted.
When breeding arowana, special attention should be paid to water temperature. The cultivation temperature is between 24 and 29 deg C. Some species of arowana have a wide range of adaptations and can live between 22 and 31 degrees Celsius. Below this range, the arowana will be grumpy and not good for its health. When the temperature is low in winter, especially in the northern region, it is necessary to raise the temperature appropriately. When adjusting the temperature, the water temperature should not be cold or hot. It is recommended to use a heating rod to raise the temperature. After adjusting the temperature with a heating rod, the water can be kept at a constant temperature, which is more conducive to their growth.
