Angelfish and ornamental shrimp can not be raised together. Because angelfish has a strong sense of territory, they like to eat smaller fish, shrimp and other living things. If the angelfish and small shrimp are raised together, the angelfish will eat the shrimp as food. If raised with large shrimp, the large shrimp will damage the angelfish, causing the angelfish to get sick or even die. Therefore, it is not recommended to raise angelfish and ornamental shrimp together.
If you want to raise angelfish and ornamental shrimp together, you can put a partition board in the fish tank to separate angelfish and ornamental shrimp. Or the angelfish can be mixed with ornamental shrimps with similar size. When mixed culture, breeders also need to pay attention to the selection of ornamental shrimps with the same water quality requirements as angelfish.
