Octopuses are not as smart as humans. Although their IQ is relatively high, they are still relatively low compared with humans. Because many biologists specialize in octopus intelligence, most octopuses have the same intelligence as 2-year-old humans. But there are also some octopuses with higher intelligence, which are equivalent to children aged 3-4. Therefore, octopus is smarter than human beings.

Although they are not as intelligent as humans, their ability to protect themselves and disguise themselves is very strong. For example, researchers want to put electrodes into octopus brains and then observe the signals in their brains. But octopuses seem to be able to sense the presence of electrodes, and they choose to cut off the blood supply to this brain, while others pull out the electrodes themselves.

Octopus and cuttlefish are different. Octopus belongs to octopus family, while cuttlefish belongs to cuttlefish family, which is what we often call cuttlefish. Although octopus and cuttlefish have some similarities in appearance, octopus has 8 brachiopods and squid has 10 brachiopods. However, two of the squid's wrist feet will be relatively short, and the other eight will be longer. In addition to their appearance, their habits are also different.
