1. Breeding conditions: If breeders want soft-shelled turtles to breed, they should select some adult soft-shelled turtles. Under normal circumstances, turtles can only reach adulthood after being born for about 3 years. Adult turtles start mating every spring, and breeders must give them a comfortable breeding environment if they want to breed.
2. Mating: When turtles are old enough to breed and have a comfortable living environment, they will pair themselves. When they are successfully paired, the male and female turtles will mate. Turtles are fertilized in vivo. When mating, males will climb on the back of females and complete mating.
3. Hatching: Although turtles are fertilized in vivo, they are hatched in vitro. Under normal circumstances, female turtles can give birth about 2 weeks after mating. After they produce, they bury the eggs in the soil and wait for them to hatch. When rearing artificially, it is found that after the turtle lays eggs, it is necessary to take out the eggs, prepare a hatching box and keep the environment stable. If it is artificial incubation, it only takes about one month for the small turtle to hatch successfully.
2. Turtle breeding environment1. Water temperature: Turtle needs to breed in a suitable environment, and water temperature is an important item. Under normal circumstances, turtles need to breed in water temperature above 20 ℃, and breeders need to keep the water temperature between 20-30 ℃.
2. Water quality: Soft-shelled turtles like clean and refreshing water quality. If breeders want them to breed, they should keep the water clean, so that soft-shelled turtles can breed normally.
