Guppies can't change water when they are born, and they can't change water until they are born 7 days later. Because guppy is just born, its physique is weak, and its adaptability to the environment is also poor. If they change water at birth, the fluctuation of water quality may cause them to die. Although they can change water after 7 days of birth, the amount of water changed each time should not be too large, and it is best to control it at one fifth of the total amount of water. Small guppies have poor adaptability, and the frequency of water change by breeders should not be too high. It is best to change water once every 3-5 days.

Guppies can be fed about 2-3 days after birth. When they are born, their bodies will carry vitellotin, which is enough for them to absorb for 2-3 days, so breeders do not need to feed them three days before their birth. After 3 days, the breeder can feed them some rich shrimp eggs, cooked egg yolk, backwater, paramecium and other foods, which are rich in nutrition and easy to digest, and are very suitable for feeding small guppies.

Small guppies are newborn and don't eat much. Breeders need to feed them in small quantities and many times, which can be fed 2-3 times a day, and the amount of each feeding can be eaten within 3 minutes.
