Parrot fish need heating rods because they are tropical fish and need warm environment to live better. If they live in low water temperature, their activity and appetite will be affected. Over time, their physique and growth rate will be affected. When breeding artificially, it is best to install heating rods for them, so as to control the water temperature and ensure their comfortable life. Parrot fish can accept water temperature between 20-30 ℃, but the most suitable water temperature for their growth is 28-29 ℃. Breeders can use heating rods to keep the water temperature at 28 ℃.
