Neocaridina heteropoda is not difficult to raise, because they have certain environmental adaptability and do not have high requirements for the breeding environment. When breeding, as long as we pay attention to adjusting the water temperature and quality, and feed them properly, we can feed them. They are not picky eaters, can eat artificial shrimp food, but also can eat vegetable leaves, red worms and other food, so feed is relatively easy to prepare. Therefore, on the whole, they are relatively easy to raise.
1. Water temperature: Neocaridina heteropoda is suitable for growing in water with a temperature of about 23 ℃. In winter, if the water temperature is very low, you can install a heating rod in the water tank. It can raise and stabilize the water temperature, so that the water temperature is always maintained at about 23 degrees Celsius, which is conducive to shrimp winter.
2. Water quality: Neocaridina heteropoda does not have a high requirement for water quality, so tap water is generally used when raising it at home. 2-3 days before changing water, tap water is taken out and exposed to the sun to volatilize chlorine, and then water can be changed. Tap water that has not been aired can not be used directly, because there is chlorine in it, which will hurt shrimp.
3, feeding: They are not picky eaters, when breeding, it is recommended to use shrimp or vegetable leaves to feed. If you want to feed red worms, you need to disinfect them in advance. Feeding frequency control in every 2 days or so can be fed once, if the breeding is just born soon shrimp, can be fed every day.
