2. How can drill turtles be raised well

1. Baking platform: drill turtles are not big in size, and their body length is about ten centimeters in adulthood, so the space needed is not very large, but they need to bask in the sun regularly, and breeders need to prepare a drying platform for them.

2. Water temperature: Drillard tortoises like the water temperature between 26-28 ℃, and breeders need to use heating rods to keep the water temperature in this range. After entering winter, the water temperature can be kept at 5 ℃, so that they can hibernate more comfortably.

3. Water quality: Drillard turtles live at the junction of rivers and seas, so they cannot be raised with tap water. Some sea salt needs to be added to tap water to simulate the environment of their origin.

4. Feeding: Diamond turtles prefer meat, and breeders can usually feed them some small fish, shrimp, lean meat, animal viscera, etc. If you don't have time, you can temporarily use synthetic feed instead.
