Generally, backwater should be selected for feeding small fry. If not, cooked egg yolk or soybean milk can be used. 1. Fishing out parent fish: After the small fry is born, the first thing is to fish out the parent fish. For many fish, they don't take care of the habits of larvae, but take them as food when they are very hungry, so it is best to separate the parent fish from the larvae. However, not all parent fish need to be fished out. For example, betta fish does not need it. Male fish will protect their eggs, but female fish should be fished out to avoid being attacked by male fish.

2. Water temperature and dissolved oxygen: Pay attention to water temperature and dissolved oxygen when raising small fry. Because the fry is too small, the feeding water temperature should be appropriately higher, which is not only beneficial to its health, but also can accelerate its growth. According to different kinds of fish, the temperature requirements are different, which is generally 1-2 ℃ higher than that of cultivated fish. In addition, oxygenation should be added to the fish tank to improve the oxygen content in the water.

3. Water change time: Because young fry are extremely sensitive to water quality fluctuations, don't change water easily, and change water for the first time after hatching for one week. Moreover, the amount of water should not be too large, so as not to stimulate the fry.
