3. Turn off the lights and explode oxygen: Nitrifying bacteria, as aerobic bacteria, have high demand for oxygen and are afraid of light. Therefore, in the process of culture, it is best to turn off the lights and explode oxygen for a period of time, so that it can grow and reproduce rapidly, thus establishing a good nitrification system.
