1. Space: The crocodile turtles are too large, so the containers for raising them must be large, so as to ensure sufficient space for their activities. In addition to plenty of space, breeders can also put some green plants in containers, which can better simulate the natural environment.

2. Feeding: Crocodile turtles have miscellaneous feeding habits, so breeders can use a variety of feeds to feed them, so as to ensure their balanced nutrition. At an early age, breeders can feed more animal feeds such as small fish, shrimp and lean meat to ensure adequate nutrition. Adults can be fed more turtle food to ensure balanced nutrition.

3. Environment: Although crocodile turtles have strong adaptability, breeders need to adjust water temperature and quality according to their habits. Crocodile turtles like higher water temperature, and breeders can keep the water temperature between 25-28 ℃. In addition, the water quality should be kept clean, and it is best to change the water 2-3 times a week.

4. Sunbathing: Although they don't have the habit of sunbathing in the wild, it is best to give them regular sunbathing when they are cultured artificially. This can not only promote their absorption of calcium, but also eliminate bacteria on their carapace.
