It is not recommended that the male and female snapping turtles be raised together, because the snapping turtles are fierce in character, courageous and active. If the breeders raise them together, they are likely to fight. If one party is small, it may be injured constantly. In addition, they are larger in size when they are adults, about 30-40 cm.
