Mickey fish is a common tropical fish, and its living water temperature is relatively high compared with cold water fish. When raising them, it is generally necessary to control the water temperature between 22-26 ℃. After long-term feeding, it is found that this temperature range is the most suitable for their growth. At this time, their metabolism is vigorous and they can grow and develop normally. When the water temperature is too low, they will be frostbitten and even freeze to death. When they are raised at too high a temperature, the content of dissolved oxygen in water will decrease, causing them to turn over their bellies. Besides, whether the temperature is too high or too low, it will reduce their resistance.
2. What water quality is suitable for Mickey fish1. PH value of water: Mickey fish is suitable for living in weakly alkaline water with PH between 7.0 and 7.5. The water in which they are raised is too acid or alkaline, which will cause certain harm to them. If the water is too acidic to feed them, you can add a little baking soda to the water to adjust it. If the water in which they are raised is too alkaline, a little acetic acid can be added to the water for adjustment.
2. Change water: When raising Mickey fish, the water quality should be clean. When raising them, the water is usually changed once every 2-3 days; If tap water is used, chlorine in water needs to be removed in advance; When conditions permit, the breeder can also add a filtration device to the water, so that the water change time can be prolonged, and it is also possible to change the water once every 1-2 weeks.
