The eggs produced by zebrafish are relatively small, and it is difficult for breeders to see them without careful observation. Their unfertilized eggs are generally white, and if they are unfertilized for a long time, they will grow white hair. After zebrafish eggs are fertilized, it is necessary to isolate the female fish first, and then keep the water temperature between 24-28 ℃. The higher the water temperature, the faster the hatching speed. During hatching, breeders need to change water once a day, and the amount of water changed each time can be controlled at one quarter of the total amount of water. After maintaining such hatching conditions, zebra fish eggs will hatch successfully within 2-3 days.

Zebrafish minnows do not need to be fed for the first 3 days after hatching, because they carry enough vitellotin to absorb. After 3 days, the breeder can feed them some cooked egg yolk, bumper shrimp eggs and other foods.

Newborn zebrafish are vulnerable, and breeders need to keep the environment stable. The water temperature can be kept at 23 ℃, the PH value can be controlled between 6.5 and 7.5, and the hardness of water can be kept between 6 and 8. The frequency of changing water does not need to be too high, just change water every 3 days.
