The sweet snail is very easy to raise. As long as it meets the basic conditions for its survival, it can feed and reproduce.
It is best to raise snails in ditches and ponds in rural areas, because these ditches and ponds have enough nutrition for raising snails. Of course, if there is no such condition as rural ditches and ponds, you can also put some soil and stones in the aquaculture tank to simulate a natural environment as far as possible to make them more adaptable. The following conditions should be met when culturing:
1. Temperature: The snail can survive in high temperature or cold environment, but in order to better culture, try to control the temperature between 20 degrees and 25 degrees.
2. Water quality: The cultivation of whelks needs to be in a clean water environment, and ensure that there is a certain amount of calcium in the water. The water should be neutral, if the water is too acidic, it may affect the growth of the shell of the snail. In addition, the freshwater environment can meet the needs of snails.
3. Food: There must be enough food for breeding snails. These foods can be naturally growing algae in the water, or artificially fed fish, shrimp, or even snails. Of course, some food residues, such as steamed bun crumbs, vegetable leaves, etc., can be eaten by snails.
