The traffic light fish is a small ornamental fish. When they grow up, their body length is generally between 3-4 cm, and the width of the widest part of the fish body is about 1 cm. If they grow in a particularly suitable environment, their body length may also reach 5 cm, but very few fish can grow to 5 cm. If domesticated, their body length is generally about 3 cm.
The life span of the traffic light fish is about two or three years. If the water in which it is cultured is slightly acidic and the water temperature is between 22 and 26 degrees Celsius, it can grow better and live longer. But if the water is too alkaline or too cold, it will not grow properly and may die prematurely.
When raising the traffic light fish, you can use the tap water that has been aired. If conditions permit, distilled water can also be used. The water temperature should be kept between 22-26 C, and the breeding density should not be too high. If conditions permit, a filtering device can be installed in the fish tank. This can help keep the water clean and ensure that there is enough oxygen in the water, which is better for the growth of fish.
