a whale is a very large creature in the ocean. Under normal circumstances, the life span of whales is relatively long, usually between 50 and 100 years. Sometimes, though, whales die at an early age for a variety of reasons, whether it's because they're sick, because they're stranded, or because humans kill them. Before a whale dies, they may howl. Of course, it is possible that the whale's cry before death does not occur, and it is likely that this phenomenon is not easily observed. For example, if a whale dies from stranding, there is no way to observe its reaction at the time of death.
As mentioned above, whales may howl before they die, but this phenomenon may not be observed. There are many reasons for their wailing. For example, if a whale is slowly declining due to illness, it will not have the strength to stay afloat when it dies. Because of gravity, and because whales are very heavy, they may also fall faster. The deeper they fall, the greater the pressure of the water, and the whales are in great pain and may cry out because of it. For example, if whales killed by humans cry before they die, it may be because their physical wounds cause them too much pain.
