The killer snail eats shrimp. Shrimp is on the killer snail's food list, as shown below. But killer snails that eat shrimp do not eat healthy adult shrimp. Because the killer snail moves slowly, it only eats shrimp carcasses and some old, sick, young and slow-moving shrimp.
1. All kinds of snails: The killer snail likes to eat all kinds of snails, including ornamental snails like the mysterious snail and some small miscellaneous snails. This is the most special part of it.
2. All kinds of algae: Killer snails also eat all kinds of algae, especially green spot algae. Like most snails, they can clean the shrimp tank to a certain extent, but this cleaning effect is not particularly strong.
3. All kinds of miscellaneous grains: Killer snails also eat fish grain, shrimp grain residues, some snail powder containing calcium, and even cooked vegetables.
4. Meat and fish: Killer snails also eat fish and shrimp carcasses. If fish and shrimp are slow to move, for example, when they are sick, old or young, they may be eaten by killer snails.
Killer snails should not be raised with shrimps. Although killer snails can eat some of the green algae in shrimp tanks or burst tanks, they are likely to eat slow-moving shrimp and cause harm to shrimp.
