Baiyun goldfish belongs to tropical fish, and the best species for mixed culture is also tropical fish. Its temperament is gentle and not aggressive, so aggressive fish can not be mixed with it. It doesn't have many requirements in terms of environment. As long as the temperature is not lower than 5 C and the water quality is clean, it can survive. It can adapt to the living environment of tropical fish. However, 22 ~ 26 ℃ is the most suitable temperature for breeding white cloud goldfish, so it is better for polyculture fish to adapt to this temperature range. Like medaka fish, Baolian lantern fish, are in line with the above conditions of small tropical fish, can be mixed with white cloud goldfish.
The prerequisite for mixed culture of fish is that they can grow normally in the same environment. Guppy has a strong adaptability to the environment, likes alkaline water with temperature of 23 ~ 24 C and low hardness, and can live in neutral waters. However, Baiyun golden fish does not have high requirements for water quality, temperature and acidity and alkalinity. If they are raised together, they can create a feeding environment according to the standard of guppies. And they are all small fish with relatively mild temperaments. Therefore, guppies and white cloud goldfishes can be mixed.
