1. Open the tank and oxygenate: The first thing to do in the first fish farming is to open the tank, and oxygenate is needed when opening the tank. Because in the process of opening the tank, nitrification system needs to be established, and nitrifying bacteria themselves are aerobic bacteria, only by providing sufficient oxygen can they grow and reproduce.
2. Daily oxygenation: In addition to the need for oxygenation when opening the cylinder, it is also necessary to oxygenate every day at ordinary times. According to the demand of fish for oxygen, the time of oxygenation is about two hours a day, if it is in summer or cloudy weather, the time of oxygenation should be increased appropriately, so as to avoid the phenomenon of floating head of fish due to hypoxia.
3. Oxygenation during the disease period: If the fish is invaded by bacteria during the growth process, causing it to get sick, proper oxygenation is needed during the treatment period. Oxygenation has many benefits. On the one hand, it can promote the metabolism of the fish and improve its resistance. On the other hand, medication often consumes oxygen in the water body, which can be supplemented by oxygenation.
