1. Artificial feed: Artificial feed is a relatively common fish food currently used. It can be used for both tropical fish and cold-water fish, but the use of feed should be adjusted according to different fish. The fish in the middle layer need to be fed with suspended feed in the water, while the fish in the lower layer or benthic need to be fed with submerged feed.
2. Live bait: Feeding live bait to fish is good and bad. The advantage is that compared with artificial feed, live bait is more likely to arouse the interest of fish, but feeding too much will also lead to picky eating. And live bait feeding should also pay attention to disinfection, if not treated with clean bait feeding, fish are easy to get sick or infected by parasites, which has great harm to their health.
If you feed too much fish food to the fish and there is residual bait in the fish tank, you need to deal with it in time. When changing water, the water at the bottom of the fish tank needs to be pumped out, so that the residual bait can be cleaned up to prevent it from polluting the water quality and affecting the health of the fish.
